Brian Walters     

As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Walters brings a wealth of experience and education to Brian Walters and Associates. More importantly, in his role as the primary consultant, Mr. Walters is the face of the company to you, the client. Mr. Walters has held several positions of increasing responsibility in a professional career that has spanned over 2 decades. He has progressed from multi-unit retail management to general management of wholesale and manufacturing operations, and finally to management consulting. In his role as Sr. Business Consultant, Mr. Walters has successfully changed the operations and guided the financial performance of businesses all over North America. He has a very impressive track record of increasing revenues, controlling costs, streamlining operations, and maximizing profits. More importantly, he is able to impart this knowledge to members of an organization at all levels, from owners and chief executive officers to associates in the lower levels of a corporation.

Mr. Walters holds a BBA in Human Resources Management and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston, University Park. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for 2 companies- Clarksonville Technologies and Omni Express, and is a member of the Society for Industry Leaders at both Vista Research and the Gerson Lehrman Consulting Group.
